You can already guess what it is about, right? # BOOKS 📚 The hotel where I usually play every Sunday morning has several bookshelves in its lobby. It's been a while since I have seen the little dreaming figure looking after the stories written on these pages, but I am glad that at least the books are there. They do change over time. Now there are mostly Norwegian books, Dutch and just a few English ones. But still, it is better to read them if we have time because we can always learn something new, have fun, get ideas, live the adventuries of the protagonists of the books or simply expand our vocabulary, especially if we read books in a language that is not our mother tongue. I can personally confirm this. When we moved to Spain, I joined a library and started reading books in Spanish. Maybe it was difficult at first, because I tried to translate every word and remember it. After a while, reading became a bit easier as I was no longer trying to understand word by word but to get the meaning without having to translate everything. They are much more than that. Some centuries ago, a German inventor made a great favour to humanity with his innovations as printing books allowed ideas to spread among everyone, once the reading was no longer limited to rich or powerful groups.
