In Sherpur, Bogra, there were allegations of robbery of 8,70,000 taka by two businessmen and a businessman manager in a microbus after being identified as Detective Branch (DB).

This incident happened on Tuesday afternoon. After looting the money, the three people were left in Sirajganj's Dhanagra area.

The victim was identified as Rashiduzzaman, 35, his manager Saheb Ali, 40, and another paddy trader Anwar Hossain, 36.

Their house is located in Chonka area of ​​the upazila. Later, they were treated at Sherpur Upazila Health Complex.

Three people were picked up in a microbus from Detective Branch on Tuesday at around 3:00 am on Tuesday from the Italian road area of ​​the upazila.

Businessman Rashiduzzaman first claimed that he had taken eight lakh taka from a bank in Dhunat Road area in the city. He had more than 20 thousand taka. With the money, they started on a motorcycle to buy rice in Chandiakona Market in Semibari. A microbus stops at Dhaka-Bogra highway on the way to the Itali area. Then they took six persons from the microbus to the DB police uniform and forced them to take them into the microbus. Then they were blindfolded and their eyes and face were tied and 8 lakh 70 thousand taka was withdrawn from them. After being blindfolded, the six people left the house in Sirajganj's Dhanagra area and left them.

The injured manager said that a person who introduced the DB Polish had a pistol.

Sherpur Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Rafiqul Islam said in the first light, traders told the incident. At that time no team of Detective Branch (DB) was in this area. Money looted as DB Legal measures are being taken. Police are working to find out who is involved in the incident.
