I love early morning hikes. The rising sun through coastal clouds. Watching animals embracing or escaping the new day. Today was no exception. My eight mile trek included a plethora of bunnies and lizards, a visiting seal, a pod of dolphins, and a small rattlesnake that just wanted to be left alone. Which I did, of course. The adventure put a spring in my step as my explorations continued.
