This seems to be a new trendy way of making a living without having a bus. I don't know how it works, but they must have some arrangement with various business areas and every month or so a bunch of them turn up at our office complex. There are all sorts from taco's to one that specialises in all sorts of things made out of beetroot. There are pizzas and salads, wraps and burgers from exotic meats and off course barista coffee.
They are also popping up in semi-permanent locations, for example my local hospital has one called The Tin Man and there is also a Pita Pit out in the car park.
It's not my idea of the deal business, but if it makes money, it's probably better than mowing lawns in a city where in winter it rains every second day.
