This is around the corner from my home and has all been sold to developers because we have a major shortage of real estate in Auckland. Very soon, instead of pasture, cows and hay bales it will be densely populated by large houses on very small sections and there will be very little to see that is green unless they paint the houses green, which is unlikely, the mostly get painted a sort of light concrete gray color.
I'm going to miss this outlook.
