SpaceX flying again
The FAA has already lifted the ban on SpaceX launches for the failed landing of the record booster which failed its 23rd landing on the 28th of August.
Direct-to-Cell
SpaceX resumed operations on August 31st. On board were 26 Starlink satellites equipped with a technology that will enable anybody to use Starlink for emergency calls in remote places.
Starlink banned in Brazil
SpaceX has been expanding its offer to 84 countries around the globe and serves over 3 million customers. A judge in Brazil has now frozen their bank accounts for violations of Twitter/X. The judge wants X to comply with certain censorship requests. Putting pressure on an unrelated company seems to be his preferred option. Elon's conduct on X is having repercussions for his other companies. X has a hard time getting advertisers which might have more to do with the unbridled attitude Musk holds towards "Titter". The Tesla brand has taken damage over the last years as well. Now Starlink is hindered in doing business in Brazil.

Polaris Dawn
Polaris Dawn is still waiting for favorable weather in the landing area. Weather in the splash-down area is important as the mission has a limited amount of resources for the Astronauts.
The primary factor driving the launch timing for Polaris Dawn is the splashdown weather within Dragon's limits. Unlike an ISS mission, we don’t have the option to delay long on orbit, so we must ensure the forecast is as favorable as possible before we launch.
