you should have heard about this deck once if you play GU. It's a nasty combo deck that aims to finish the game on turn 5/6. However, it is also expensive because the main cards(LITD, Clone...) is one of the best cards and also a Genesis card, which won't be reprinted.
Today, I rented the expensive cards and tried this deck. Is it worth it? I would explain my feelings about this deck later.
The general idea is to make multiple copies of Spellslinging Schoolteacher with reduced mana cost, and play cards that drop 2 copies of 1 health creatures when played.
When you drop 4 Schoolteachers + 2 1/1 creatures, you do 28 damage. If they are at full health, you have to deal additional damage by spells.
My opponent buffs all their creatures, but I already had this combo ready.
In this game, I find the combo just in time against a fast aggro deck.
I tried to find the combo pieces. Luckily, I start with 1 Schoolteacher.
I could have used Warp Engineer, but I foresee and use Dimension Door. I don't get anything useful though.
I use Warp Engineer to reduce my Schoolteacher's cost to 0. I foresee my 2 combo pieces but I send away Clone because I need LITD to find card more faster.
I use LITD and get my second Schoolteacher. I foresee and send Vow away because I need to play clone first.
My opponent clears the board, and I found the second Clone. Now they have 2 turn left.
They play a dangerous big creature. I use my second clone for my 4 Schoolteachers.
It was close, but I win the game!
I haven't played much because I have to return those expensive cards. This deck is really good in heavy-control meta but in Aggro meta it isn't really good because it is normally slower then Aggro. And I think it's quite balanced because your opponent can play without heavy counter, which makes faster decks like Hidden Rush or Aggro War beating this deck.
Also there are many counters in this deck, so winning with this deck is hard. You need to learn about how it works with each different situations.
