2022 GroVid Harvest Recap

Seedlings began in February, as early as 1st Feb, for Onions, Mid Februray for Peppers, and Mid March for most everything else. Outside, Potato went into the ground on St. Patrick's Day, March 17th. Most of my transplants went into Grow Bags early May, depending on the type of plant and it's cold tolerance.

Overall, my garden had twice the number of plants, and yet, most species were simply too few ripened fruit to be plucked! Most of the results of the lower than xpected harvest, was due to an extreme drought for 5 weeks, early July.
My garden, as alwys, was a chance to feed my friends and family, in the only way I know how, to serve them! Growing my own fresh, healthy food is how I do that best.

And that makes me smile... better for the planet, better for my own family.
