This was my SPS balance nine days ago. You can see my post talking about it here. You can see that my total airdropped SPS tokens are all staked, I haven't sold any of them to date.
Now nine days later you can see that my balance is up over 9,000 SPS and the value has over doubled. You can also see that my In-Game (Liquid) tokens now show 315.250. My current plan is to stake the amount of my airdrop (around 320 tokens daily) and to keep the EARNINGS from the staked coins liquid. I'm receiving almost 50 SPS a day in staking rewards, which would get me 1,500 a month. Right now the price is over 40 cents, but if they held at 30 cents that would be $450. I plan to sell these liquid earnings every month and this will pay my mortgage payment. I know nothing is certain in the world of crypto, but the Splinterlands team has done a magnificent job of incentivizing players to hold and stake their coins.
Now let's talk about my card collection. Here you see the PeakMonsters evaluation of my deck as of a few seconds ago. Absolutely mind-boggling.
This is what is was evaluated just nine days ago as well. Up almost $50K. It's no wonder that no one is selling their cards.
Again, I give tremendous credit to the Splinterland team for their planning and foresight! No airdrop I have been involved with has had this kind of success. The token is dropped and people beat themselves to death to rush to the market and dump their "free" coins and in doing so, tank the value almost immediately.
