Hello, my dear fellow battlers in #splinterlands.
I want to tell you a little about my participation in the most recent Brawl, tell you about one of the battles and incidentally open some Gladius cases for a change.
The results of my guild in this last brawl were in the average; the participation in the battles to defend the slots has been decreasing and the victories that are obtained are only enough to hold a good position more or less acceptable in the end. That allows us to earn some SPS and merits to continue improving the account a little.
As usual, I defend slot 3 (Bronze: Rebellion and Arcane Conclave). I'm doing well defending this slot, I have my good and bad streaks, but I like to participate there while I keep strengthening my Arcane Conclave deck mainly. On this occasion, although I was assigned six battles, I faced only three opponents, whom I defeated, and the remaining three did not show up for the battle.
In the end, these results in my slot awarded me the first place in participation in my guild, something that happens only rarely. Congratulations to the comrades who participated and are still active in the battles.

My strategy when I saw the rules of battle (opportunist) was as follows:
By selecting units that met the characteristics of lineage and double attack, I would have a greater chance of causing greater damage to my opponent. This was something that favored me in the battle and in the end awarded me the victory.
I haven't opened any Gladius packs in a long time; I really don't remember very well when was the last time. Since I have the majority of Gladius units in a level that are not usable to me by my Conclave archons, I had stopped spending merits and only had to accumulate what I got in the chests and in the brawls. Just to hang out and see if I get the missing legendary, I open about twenty packs.
I didn't find any of the legendary ones and especially the most elusive one, which I've been waiting for a while. Sola Ranjell still doesn't show up to complete my Gladius set. The golds of Relenor Cleaver and Katrelba Gobson are the only ones I plan to combine; I like to play with golden units. The other common and rare units that I could level up will be on hold for a while longer, until I have an archon that can take advantage of them.
A final thought:
I'm still waiting for them to announce something new for the guilds, an element or change that will motivate the other players to participate. It would be nice to see some interest in this.

Quiero hablarles un poco de mi participación en la más reciente Brawl, comentarles una de las batallas y de paso abrir algunos Gladius case para variar.
Los resultados de mi gremio en esta última brawl estuvieron en el promedio; la participación en las batallas para defender las ranuras ha ido disminuyendo y las victorias que se obtienen solo alcanzan para sostener una buena posición más o menos aceptable al final. Eso nos permite ganar algo de SPS y méritos para seguir mejorando un poco la cuenta.
Como ya es costumbre, defiendo la ranura 3 (Bronce: Rebellion y Conclave Arcana). Me va bien defendiendo esta ranura, tengo mis rachas buenas y malas, pero me gusta participar allí mientras sigo fortaleciendo mi mazo Conclave Arcana principalmente. En esta ocasión, aunque tenía asignadas seis batallas, solo me enfrenté a tres oponentes, a los cuales derroté, y los tres restantes no se presentaron a la batalla.
Al final, estos resultados en mi ranura me otorgaron el primer lugar en participación en mi gremio, algo que ocurre solo en pocas ocasiones. Felicitaciones a los compañeros que participaron y que aún siguen activos en las batallas.

Al seleccionar unidades que cumplieran con las características de linaje y doble ataque, tendría mayores posibilidades de causarle un mayor daño a mi oponente. Esto fue algo que me favoreció en la batalla y al final me otorgó la victoria.
Llevaba mucho tiempo sin abrir ningún pack Gladius; realmente no recuerdo muy bien cuándo fue la última vez. Como tengo la mayoría de unidades Gladius en un nivel que no me son usables por mis arcontes Conclave, había dejado de gastar méritos y solo hacía acumular lo que conseguía en los cofres y en las brawls. Solo para pasar el rato y ver si consigo la legendaria que me falta, abro unos veinte packs.
No encontré ninguna de las legendarias y, en especial, la más esquiva, que llevo un tiempo esperando. Sola Ranjell sigue sin aparecer para completar mi set Gladius. Las doradas de Relenor Cleaver y Katrelba Gobson son las únicas que pienso combinar; me gusta jugar con unidades doradas. Las otras unidades comunes y raras que podría subir de nivel seguirán en espera un tiempo más, hasta que tenga un arconte que les pueda sacar provecho.
Un pensamiento final:
Sigo en espera de que anuncien algo nuevo para los gremios, un elemento o cambio que motive a los otros jugadores a participar. Sería lindo ver algún interés en esto.
