Hive's new architecture will be mainly layer 2 after this hardfork, so this is really a non-issue. I'm afraid that Andrarchy may be in a bit in "sales-pitch" mode, which is understandable I guess. But IMO, the upcoming Hive architecture will easily outscale Koinos for realworld applications.
