In California, the company "AutoX", has begun to experiment the pilot project on home shopping delivered by self-driving cars.
The customer can place his order through the app downloadable from google play.
The expense is loaded on the car in the checked-in luggage bag, so you can also offer fresh products.
When the car is coming under the house, the application notifies the client of the imminent arrival so as to give the time to be able to go out and collect their own expense.
The door of the luggage compartment will open automatically and once the shopping has been collected, the car will restart to return to the base.
For the moment there are no additional costs as it is a pilot program, however it is estimated that delivery costs will be lower than those with human guidance.
