steemfinex is also being affected by steemengine api problem / 스엔 API 다시 불안정

The SE instability issue that I informed a few days ago steemfinex may be unstable due to steem-engine history api instability seems still on and off.

For instance, currently, @steemfinex's the most recent tx history is August one, as shown below.

As I already explained several times, there's nothing that @steemfinex can do in this case. (using block streaming is an option, but it can be also unstable as well, so I'll not change the system in that direction.)
You'll get your exchange or refund when steem-engine API is operating normal.

I believe there should be some status page for steem-engine.

스팀엔진 API가 여전히 불안정합니다. 며칠째 계속 됐다가 안됐다가하네요. DB를 변경하는 것이 매우 큰 작업이라 솔직히 문제없이 transition이 잘 될지 현 상황을 보니 조금 걱정도 드네요. transition자체의 문제인지 그냥 노드의 문제인지는 모르겠지만 이전공지에 두가지 문제가 다 언급되었기에.

아무튼 몇차례 설명드린 것처럼 이런경우 @steemfinex도 할 수 있는 것이 없고 복구되길 기다리는 수밖에 없습니다. 물론 지연된 것에 대해 수수료할인은 적용됩니다.
