steemfinex may be unstable due to steem-engine history api instability

It seems steem-engine history api is unstable from about 4 hours ago.
This may affect @steemfinex.

But (based on previous experiences), when steem-engine api is getting normal, any delayed transfer will be handled.

기존 경험상 (steemfinex 프로그램에 예외처리가 되어 있어서) 복구 되면 문제없이 지연된 송금이 진행될 겁니다.
