With Block Lotto you can win Big!

Here is how it works:

This is a manual service. We do not use bots.

3 digit number

We use a 3 digit number for this lottery.

When purchasing a ticket you will tell us whatever 3 digit number you want.

If your number matches the number on one of our weekly drawings you are a winner!

Matches only count if your ticket was purchased before 12:00 am midnight eastern time Sunday (11:59 pm Saturday night or sooner) that particular week. If you purchase a ticket at 12:00 am Sunday morning (that week) it is part of the following weeks drawing.

So if you purchase a ticket at 12:00 am eastern Sunday morning and it matched it is not a winner. Instead it will go into the drawing for the following week.
However if you purchased a ticket at 11:59 pm Saturday night and the next day we drew your number then you would in fact win.
UTC is 4 hours ahead of eastern time.

Drawing Every Week!

You have a chance to win each and every week!

We will use this page to get our numbers.

We will generate a random 3 digit number and put a snapshot of the number in the post.

This site timestamps each and every time (in UTC) so you will be able to see that the number is being generated around the time of the post.

If your number matched, you're a winner!!

The drawing will be for any person that has purchased a ticket on or before the Saturday of that week at 11:59 pm eastern.

If you purchase a ticket at or after 12:00 am eastern then your ticket will be for the following week's drawing.

Tickets are good until we find a winner!

If there are no winners then numbers, tickets and jackpot will transfer over until the following week. This process will continue until we have a winner during a weekly drawing.

So if no one wins the first week, then everyone from the first week is still able to win the following week and so on until we have a winner.

The liquid ticket sales will accumulate until someone wins them.

In the case of no winner at the weekly drawing then 10% of the total ticket sales will go to @block-lotto for maintenance as the other 90% rolls over to the next week.

Once we finally have a winner the jackpot will be sent to that winner/winners, all totals will be reset to 0 and we will start over with a new group of people.

The jackpot will continue to grow each week that there is not a winner until there is a final winner.

Then it will reset back to 0 and start over.

Using a 3 digit number, your odds of winning each week are 1000 to 1 for each ticket purchased.

Weekly Announcement

Each week we will post the snapshot of the winning number along with the current list of ticket holders and their corresponding numbers.

Plus Jackpot value and any other pertinent info.

The Jackpot

The winner will get 75% of all liquid STEEM and SBD that is collected via ticket sales.
- This has the ability to build some pretty large payouts as it grows.

Voting Power

We will be powering up everything not used for promotions so that our voting power grows quickly.

We plan to only use our voting power for upvoting @block-lotto supporters comments/posts.

You do not have to leave a comment to get a ticket (see below).

We do upvote our supporters comments and try to answer every one.

Tickets are 1 SBD or 1 STEEM

Purchasing a Ticket:

Transfer 1 SBD or STEEM to @block-lotto with the 3 digit number you choose in the memo field.
- Click the arrow next to your STEEM or SBD in your wallet and choose "transfer".
- In the field marked "@" put block-lotto.
- Put 1 in the "Amount" field
- Put the 3 digit number you are buying a ticket for in the "Memo" field.
- Hit "Next" then finish using your private active key.
- If you purchase multipe tickets then transfer 1 STEEM or SBD for each ticket and put all 3 digit numbers you want in the memo field seperated by commas.
  - Alternatively you can transfer 3 times with 3 different wallet memos. Either way is fine.

You can purchase as many tickets as you like, there is no limit.

Just be sure you put a 3 digit number for each one in your memo field when transferring.

Any wallet transfers received without the 3 digit number in memo will be issued the default number 000.

Any wallet transfers received that have numbers less than 3 digits will have 0's put in front of their number like these examples:

Wallet transfer memo says 5.
- your number will be 005
Wallet transfer memo says 13.
- your number will be 013

Tickets are good until we draw a winner so you stay in the game for weeks if no one wins.

After we draw a winner:

You do not have to collect your winnings.

Once we have a winner we will transfer the jackpot amount to that winner/winners on Sunday after the drawing.

Multiple winners will split the jackpot amount equally.

When someone wins we will then set the jackpot back to 0 and all tickets purchased as of 11:59 pm that week's Saturday and before will be null and void.

All tickets purchased 12:00 am eastern time or after, the Sunday we pick a winner, will be the first tickets for the next round and we will start everything over again.
