Top of the Crypto day to all Steemians. After a nice Saturday of registering with various Exchanges, I ran into a topic that begs to be addressed. It seems that on or around the 17th of December last year Bank America was awarded a patent for a Crypto Exchange. To me that implies that in a court of law under US patentt law they may be able to attack american exchanges with patent infringement. Thoughts out there???
