Just checked out a site called Paycent. It's touted as helping the banking disenfranchised gain access to fiat to crypto to fiat again. It asked me to pay for a pre-order card. And get this.....they wanted more than a litecoin. If I am dis-enfranchised how can I pay with crypto? For me this is poorly thought out if they were really going to help people stuck.
