WOO is Behind the Scenes: How the "Call To Vote" Post Came Together
A Big Hello to all WOO Fans! 🥳🥳🥳 WOO!
Ever wonder why the post (the one asking for HIVE users to vote for WOO at TheDappList) felt like a mini wrestling promo? Let me give a quick run down on my thoughts as I dig into its structure and tactics. Hopefully, this post of mine will break down each part so you know why it got us all WOO supporters pumped.
Strong Opening Line
- It calls on fans to act, not watch.
- This sets the tone for fan involvement.
Action-Packed Imagery
- It describes votes as folding chairs and body slams.
- I love this particular imagery in my mind as it makes the blockchain feel like a wrestling ring. 🤣
Social Proof
- Shares comment and reblog numbers early.
- Builds fear of missing out.
- In my opinion, this is important as "words are cheap" and proof like this is what will attract eyeballs from outside the HIVE ecosystem.
Clear Steps
- Direct link to vote.
- Wallet setup instructions.
- Screenshot example.
- It doesn't get easier than that if you are walked step by step through the process! 😉
Urgency Hook
- First five days of comments earn rewards.
- Encourages immediate action.
When I initially read the post, it felt like someone was calling my name from the crowd. Every part was designed to make me want to jump in. This shows that the post isn’t just words on a page. It’s a playbook for rallying fans. Understanding how it works makes you a smarter, faster voter.
Well, that's it for today. We will continue again tomorrow! 😁 WOO! 🎉

The main reason I got into WOO was pretty much thanks to
