A Big Hello to all WOO Fans! 🥳🥳🥳 WOO!
There is something strangely quiet about WOO this weekend, but honestly, I am starting to think there might be a perfectly reasonable explanation for it. With September Supremacy now built around a massive 100-level Battle Pass, perhaps WOO is not supposed to be throwing something at us every single weekend. Sometimes you need a little breathing room, especially when the main attraction is already sitting there for players to work through.
I have gotten some feedback that reminders are pretty useful when it comes to the regular events held in WOO. So here I am again with a quick reminder for any upcoming events.
The biggest change this month is obvious. We went from 75 levels in August to 100 levels in September, while the XP required for each level dropped from 800 to 700. That means the Battle Pass is designed to feel more active, with players reaching milestones more frequently, but there is still a huge amount of progression sitting in front of everyone. Add in the Daily, Weekly and Seasonal quests, and there is already plenty happening without needing another special weekend event every few days.
Maybe this is one of those weekends where WOO is simply letting players catch their breath and actually play the content that is already available. There are matches to play, quests to complete, packs to open, cards to burn and tournaments to enter. It is quite easy to forget that the Battle Pass itself is effectively a month-long event. We do not necessarily need another announcement every Saturday and Sunday just to keep things interesting.
There is also something to be said for pacing. If WOO constantly throws new activities at players, the excitement of each individual feature can start to disappear. A quiet weekend gives everyone a chance to focus on September Supremacy and see how the new 100-level structure actually feels over time. Considering that WOO is specifically testing whether players prefer 100 levels and whether 700 XP per level creates a better pace, giving the system some room to breathe makes sense.
So, my excuse for the quiet weekend is simple. WOO is not necessarily doing nothing. Maybe they are just letting the 100-level Battle Pass do the talking for once. After all, there are still 100 levels to conquer, and I have a feeling the closer we get to that final stretch, the more attention the Battle Pass is going to demand from us.
TLDR: This is a reminder to all my readers (and WOO fans) that baring any last minute sudden surprise events, this weekend should be a relatively quiet one. 😜
Well, that's it for today. We will continue again tomorrow! 😁 WOO! 🎉
