15K steps is NOT a nothing day! And neither is taking kids to an amusement park. I always find the noise and energy at those places drain me and in come home exhausted. However i am glad that you found the experience calming.

the ones i struggle with are taking smaller ones to those indoor jumping places. Do you have them there?

So popular here in Australia. like big indoor warehouses where there are parkor set ups with trampolines and slides and climb walls and loads of loud music and sugar. I mean awesome fun. but so draining following little ones around making sure they are safe.

looks like she had fun though And i guess as a parent it IS nice to see your child having fun, doing kid things, happy with friends. I always worry about my kids being happy with friends.
