i have just taken delivery of 2 boxes of lovely booze for xmas. Here in Australia, being hot, eggnog or other such things are not often partaken. so i got somethings i have never had. Campari was on the hit list. might be nice pre lunch. As for xmas drinks other than Whiskey (because naturally... lol) we have bubbles with seafood for breakfast. (VERY australian) bold shiraz with lunch, followed by swimming in the pool for all that can float.

however when we do xmas in July i DO MAKE a special xmas drink of Mulled wine. so a bottle of acceptable yet not super flash red wine, brandy, juice and rind of orange and infused with cinnamon sticks, cloves and other spices and then strained and served warm. Best had in a mug in the snow. When we did xmas in Germany that was beyond the most amazing holiday drink. Im not a super baileys fan, but i DO like kahlua over ice with (scandolous here, almond milk).
