Good day hivers, it's really nice to be with a new family here. I hope you are having a nice day and cool day. I want to share some of my experience I witness in bank yesterday, though normally I hate going to bank due to stress and I also hate entering the bank. That's is really the problem there.
I woke up in the morning and then decided to get to bank, because I had a sleepless night thinking about the money I was debited without reversal. I decided to go Monday and fix it but I couldn't wait because of the number I was given, so I left and I decided to come the next day.
Going to bank the next day, decided to get dress quickly to be able to get there quickly. When I got there I met alot of people before me and those that are even earlier than me. I heard a woman saying she has been in the bank since 7am-8am, and I thought within me that is it because of this bank problem that they are coming so early like this. I just smiled and looked away.
There are different people with different reasons of coming to bank for example;
- Most of them we're debited
- Most of them can't withdraw with atm card
- Most of them need another new card
- Most of them just want to open account, and many more like that.
With each and everyone complain they did not attend to anyone yet. They gave us some numbers and I was 61 so I decided to wait because yesterday I was number 88 and I couldn't wait yesterday. So I had no choice than to wait, so after sitting and standing I decided to go to atm stand to withdraw if possible when I got there. I met a lot of people too,the atm is not dispensing and I feel frustrated that why is this happening that what exactly are the bankers doing inside. I couldn't stand because I feel weak and tired.
After some hours wasted without attending to us, a man raised up his voice and started shouting, a woman also picked it up all they were just saying is "We've been here since 7am in the sun but you aren't attending to us" that's what they all complained about. After the little drama that happen, one of their boss came outside and spoke to us that we should go and sit down and wait patiently that I will get to our turn soon. But there was no longer chair and we calmed down and waited until it get to our turn.

They started calling the numbers and it was moving, after waiting for 3 to 4hrs still sitting. I was urge to check my phone, when I checked it I saw that I was credited back of the money I was debited even not entering the bank. I was very happy and joyous and just took my phone and left the bank, I could not go inside the bank again all I just did was to go home after wasting some hours in bank. I thank God because I was credited back. I now reasoned it that Bankers are really working so hard and they are also trying to please their customers no matter what happen.
I just smile and left.😀
