Two days ago I wrote a message saying we must stay alert as ETH was closing a lot his last resistance trend line. And this is today on a 4h graph :
It actually just broke it definitely !
Ishimoku : Tanken over Kijun, price over the cloud and over Tanken/Kijun, Shiku span over the cloud, and even SSA/SSB slightly positive.
All the signs seem to be present but let's not forget other indicators :
MACD : showing really positive signs but already at his top high since august 7th
RSI : positive and already overbought
I want to cite an article I will probably soon here, but don't forget that when there's such a move after a time so long of waiting, we must wait for the reaction in order to be sure people believe in that movement and finally enter massively.
Now if we go to check the daily graph, we can see that we have an other trend line line that is awaiting, already tested twice. We must now wait for the closing price but movement may begin to become positive on the daily chart too. RSI finally came up for the first time since July and is full of reserve, and MACD is finding it's way up too.
But let's not forget that we have some other resistances waiting on the way.
My next paper will talk about the right strategy to adopt in such situation as we're living with cryptos nowadays. As I'm in holiday visiting Portugal, it may take two or three days to arrive, but I'll try to go as fast as possible regarding the market we're actually facing !
