DeepNest is an open source nesting software which gives you a worthy alternative to expensive nesting programmes like SigmaNest. It gives you the advantage of saving time and money on your laser cut with bin packaging.
Deepnest is an open source nesting application, great for laser cutters, plasma cutters, and other CNC machines.

DeepNest will search for the best solution till you hit the Stop tab.
. DeepNest automatically merges common lines so that the laser does not cut the same path twice thereby saving time and improving quality by avoiding heat warping
. It employs a state of the art part lay out engine with part to part placement and the ability to nest bitmap images
. It can read mutiple file types( Corel CDR, SVG, DXF) and write in both SVG and DXF files.
