Three Tune Tuesday: Normal Bloke with an Extraordinary voice.
I have always hung around with people who do not take themselves too seriously. I quite like people who make a fool out of themselves for laughs. My wife was in hysterics a few days ago and I asked her what she was laughing about. Lewis Calpaldi had just made it to number 1 in the UK charts. This is a Scottish guy with Tourettes that has made it big over here over the last couple of years. Not only is he a great singer with good songs. He is also a gas bastard. Here he is accepting his award.
He also does regular model poses in just his underpants that makes us normal guys look like David Gandy.
OK OK back to three tune Tuesday. Lewis not only is a male model. He also is very good at music.
I will start off with a Billy Eilish cover he did that must of you haven't heard yet.

I am not really into the new generation musically. I never knew why Billy Eilish headlined Glastonbury on the Saturday night for example. But that's just me. But when I heard this song which is a cover of Billy Eilish I had to look up the original which is very good as well. This is excellent though.
Before You Go - Lewis Calpaldi
This is the song that made him famous. I chose this video because Graham Norton interviewed him with a couch full of superstars after the song and it shows his personality. He arrives on like he is on a stag night. It is all very funny. Song is seriously good though.
Some of the young superstars such as the lads from One Direction absolutely love Lewis and are great mates with him. Here he is with Niall Horan on Grafton Street singing the same song as above.

Someone You Loved
His second global hit. This are all love songs and heartbreak songs so it is fair to say he has been unlucky with the ladies I would imagine. Most gas bastards are. But a great song once again. I like Lewis. He played in Dublin a while back and he walked off stage because he needed to go to the toilet. He told everyone before he went so he just said to the crown to sing Oley oley oley while he was on the toilet.
