The rise of soy-based products has been noticeable in recent times. Humanity has become aware of the multiple benefits both nutritional and curative that the plant provides. It has succeeded in attracting interest among the population, increasing its consumption.

It is popularly known as Soya, originally from China, but has spread to other continents. Its high protein content is similar to that of meat, thus gaining an important place in the daily diet.

This seed provides the organism with proteins, lipids, fiber, lecithins, zinc, vitamin B. It also contains a component called isoflavones whose effect is similar to estrogen, excellent for women in the stage of menopause, other effects is that it controls the blood cholesterol level, prevents osteoporosis, in addition to being anticarcinogenic.
