1.)Ambergris Caye, Belize - Google Ambergris and you man not be inclined to move there but Google Ambergris Caye and you will see it is very beautiful. Nice vacation home for $189,000.

3.) Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic - Meet my personal choice. Not on the beach but close to it and all for $150,000! That includes a pool! Do some searching about Las Terrenas and you will find some great value.

4.) Punta Cana, Dominican Republic - Something about this island screams affordable. This home is $167,000 and is just 5 mins from the beach.
5.) Varadero Beach, Cuba - Well this one isn't a looker and Cuba is just in the early stages of being developed for large scale tourism but it is also just $50,000. If you are looking for frontier market beach property look no further.
