My thoughts are that this is extremely unlikely however the cost of education has skyrocketed in our generation to the point of an education being (almost) unattainable for a certain segment of the population.

Prices rise and fall like the tides but if you buy into the idea like I do then the spot price shouldn't matter all that much over such a small amount of time.
