August, Be Gone!

48°C and I'm in my room surrounded by the dark in the middle of the night trying to develop body cooling powers. All is hot... my bed is boiling, the phone is like a piece of burning charcoal, the fan is throwing hot air, all my windows are open and I keep asking myself, where's the wind? "August be gone!" I shout inside my head... August, the most hottest month of the year, the one that makes you hate humanity, the month that makes you look like a raising... BE GONE!

Is not that September will bring much difference in temperature, here at the Caribbean there's only 2 temps: hot and hotter but for us hot is the cheap imitation of cold cause at this point 33°C is cold for us. Also, September is the month of Africa giving birth to many storms and hurricanes and just because I'm in the middle of the hurricane highway I always get an unexpected visit with strong winds and heavy rain that makes electricity run away for days.

I look at this pics taken at Dorado, Puerto Rico a few weeks ago and all I want is to jump in... even tho there's rocks there and I will probably gonna end up with some bones broken... and the obvious fact that this is just a pic and I can't teletransport there... suddenly I start to try developing teletransportantion abilities, especially cause I totally failed with the self cooling. "Psychic powers are bullshit"... came out of my mouth while looking for cold water... "I need a pool filled with ice water, that should do the trick. A semi hypothermia will get rid of the heat"... Stupid nonsense fills your mind when is awfully hot. AUGUST, BE GONE!
