I know a person who gets red, itchy, hives any time they get too cold. So every winter it's always a case of plenty of anti-itch cream on hand. I, myself, break out in hives any time catch so much as a cold. A cold, the flu - which I've not gotten in ages thank goodness, other other such nonsense, and the moment the coughing and sneezing starts, I break out in a rash. It's really annoying.
