LOH #310 if i was invited to a masquerade party what would i dress as?

Hey hivians we are back again with another topic of the week from Ladies of hive challenge today we have to talk about what dress or character we will go as if we were invited to a masquerade party.

Firstly I have had an obsession since childhood to attend a bawl room or a masquerade party and danec because the dresses people wear and the way every thing looks so royal and enchanted.

Well i love having costumes and All sort of stuff like that. But if i actually went to a party like that or was invited to a certain party. I would be dressing up as Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein's monster.

So im a girl but I would wanna go as Frankenstein's monster dressed as a masculine Women .

Let us discuss the costume first

Costume details :

i would firstly go thrift a victorian looking coat that is longer from behind and is tightened from. the waist band with alot of buttons and ruffled details . Something that screams like theatre or opera vibe.

I would also go with a white distressed under shirt with ruffles and drapes but the sleeves and waist are tightened .

some dark trouser that has Been patched together into pieces So it is a detail added to the character. Because Frankenstein's monster was also like Stiched into pieces together.

similarly for the mask i will go with a porcelain Black pale white mask and add some stiches on it with staples some red colored resin and cure that.

accessories will be like silver rings and pendants which remind of brokwn butterflies and interesting insects Cause if you have seen the movie it has symbolism in it

lastly for the shoes im going with chunky black combat boots that are high till calves because they give that subtle tight look and also a really good detail.

**For the hair and makeup **

Del Toro's Frankenstein's monster had Long hair so that will look great with my hair i will just do a sleek back from front and messy on the edgges look and also i will wear some fur around my neck.

for the make up i will be doing a very pale Pastle blue foundation with that i will be making Sections like patched up stiched skin and paint the face woth different pastel skin tones and paint on some stiches just like the mask and a brown lip liner with maroon lips .

so that would be my look.

why did i choose to be a female version of a masculine character?

because i always wanted to try that. Also because i loved seeing that movie and all the artistic beautiful details. Also because i loved the character alot.
