This is a known issue and we've warned people not to deposit like this. Once we get a hold of your ticket, we'll credit your account. Please be patient, we are working the queue as quick as possible.

This sucks that it happened. If anyone ever finds themselves in a situation like this, go to your email and click on the disable account link in the login mail you received. There is no reason to sit around

All commission is taken in BTC.

it was only 2-3 .... no enough to cry over heh

I don't have any other tickets open; if you think you are still missing funds, please make sure you cut a ticket to us.

bitcoin tx's get orphaned as well. go sit and look at blockchain.info and see how many transactions get orphaned out. 95% is for the steemd wallet - add the 300+ wallets we run and its probably closer

Please get your facts straight. Withdrawals work fine 95% of the time. This is not a Bittrex problem, but a problem with the STEEM wallet. It's also a problem with a number of other coins including bitcoin

Just put an explanation in the OP ;)

We had a bad deployment go out, nothing to do with volume... its slow and in the middle of the night ;) ... if you are experiencing any issues, please clear cookies and restart the browser.

Can you cut us a ticket? We had some transaction orphaned that we re-processed. This is the first time we've seen the orphan confirm. Working with @dan on more details.

As a note ... do NOT send OPEN.STEEM to "bittrex" on the BTS network. We do not own that account and funds sent there are unrecoverable. The safest thing to do is to send to your steemit account

That is a whole story by itself. The tl;dr version is Ryan used to run an exchange, cryptoaltex ( and hung out in our IRC channel. Somewhere down the road he decided to close down his exchange. He will

Anything ryan can't handle gets shot up to me. We try to keep those to a minimum ;)

Not that I'm aware of. I would assume sending a message to the account, but I doubt whoever owns it is reading it.

I'd love to do priv key import, but it cost isn't worth the usage. We won't ever import a foreign key into our wallets which means we'd have to set up a duplicate wallet for every coin. It just isn't viable.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be rude or unprofessional. We handle hundreds of tickets every week and my responses are just trying to address the question at hand. In this case, there is nothing else we could

Thank you very much for doing that btw... Learned quite a bit between you and ned today getting that sorted out ;)

Heh.... we were just out at Ballard today for the seafood festival ;) ... We live up in Queen Anne.
