Not in this version. We are working on a autobuild feature in a future release. It is manually maintained by us and updated pretty close to as soon as any of them are updated.

Currently Ethereum, Ethereum Classic and ZCASH still seem to have the longest legs. We by and large are mining UBIQ and Signatum as of late. The next 20 or so days will be interesting in the Alt's space
