Hooded person: There's a whole series of these petroglyphs. Let's look closer... And remember the question, what's man learned in 6,000 years?
petroglyphs: (man charges standing bear, bear swats away spear, man retrieves it, drops it, he takes off his belt, the bear watches, man breaks a small piece of the spear, creates a cross-piece on the spear and lashes it to the spear with his belt, bear scratches his bottom, man pokes the bear, bear charges and chases man, man stops, turns, places butt of spear in the ground, bear lunges at the man, man pierces the bear in the heart, kills the bear, stands triumphantly over the dead bear)
Hooded person: So, the bear slayer attacked,failed, took off his belt, broke his spear, attached a cross piece, enticed the bear to attack, then pierced and killed the bear. What have we learned?
Stanley: We're gonna need a bigger spear? Run first, run fast? If the bear was a cow it'd be beef? Bears have itchy bottoms?
Hooded person: You're goofy.
Stanley: (downtrodden)
Hooded person: Here's what we learned... Two things, first to slay the bear, you must improvise. Use what you've got, and improvise. Secondly, to slay the bear, you must attack the belly of the beast.
