Sometimes no matter how hard I try to find a scene suitable for photography, I can't see anything, quite frustrating, I almost feel like a blind man! While on other occasions the scenes just pop out in front of me, then it's up to me to set up the camera and take a photo.
I don't complain, even when I cannot notice anything interesting, I do my best to take time for a walk, to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Mostly I wander off in my thoughts, almost never think about photography, and then suddenly I see something unusual, interesting.
From time to time it's happen to spend more hours in nature without managing to take more than a dozen photos, but that's okay because I'm not chasing quantity but a certain quality, depending on the day I'm more or less successful in that decision of mine.
Being in the right place at the right time, as well as noticing that small frame that is part of a much larger and wider picture is crucial, a quick reaction is also important because many scenes change from moment to moment and if we miss it, it will never again it won't happen again!
