You may have heard the expression: Everything has its price! The word price does not necessarily refer to money, but to our time, the effort we will put into doing something, doing things that physically do not make us comfortable, etc. the list is long. You have probably at least once wondered if you was willing and ready to pay the price of something new. It may be a small step in your life, but there is still a price to pay for it.
Everything that we can easily reach in life is usually not of great value, we have not put much effort into it and we will treat it as something worthless. You may be wondering why I'm telling you all this?! Well, lately I often think about the price I paying for dealing with photography. Buying cameras, lenses and all other essential equipment is only a small fraction of the price I pay. I pay the rest of the price in my spare time, which I don't always have too much of, everyday long-distance hiking is also part of the effort I put into the dayly. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I'm just stating facts.
I take photography solely out of love and personal enthusiasm, to be honest I never expect any compensation for what I do. My reward I get is loads of good photos that I have at my disposal at all times, and the biggest reward is when someone honestly tells me that likes my photos and would even like to have a copy. For me personally, this is more than enough to continue to make those small steps forward no matter what the price I will have to pay one way or another. Here are some of today's photos. Enjoy! :)
