Honestly, I don't know anything about this kind of insect, actually for the first time I see it in my life. At first glance it reminded me of a scorpion fly, both species have a lot of similarities, but definitely this is not a scorpion fly, maybe it's cousin!
As you can see, this insect has large legs and is more like a spider, while the rest of the body: torso, head, wings, antennas, etc. point to something else. The color of this insect is also interesting, the body is yellow-black and reminds to wasp, while the head is orange-black. The front of the head is very similar to the fly head.
I noticed this insect on the leaf of nearby trees, he watched me motionless while I photographed him, and then at one point the insect jumped up and flew in an unknown direction
