In the last week, I noticed an increased activity of butterflies from the Lycaenidae family. More and more species can be noticed, today I met a butterfly called Brown argus (Lat. Aricia agestis). I know this kind of butterfly from before, this year I see it for the first time.
I spent some time with him, I followed him and watched his activities, he flew from one plant to another and enjoyed the nectar of various flowers while I photographed it all.
He did not mind my presence, nor why I raise him on two occasions, holding him in the palm of my hand.
I really love this butterfly, because of its beautiful looks, as well as its name in my native language: Razvigor! Razvigor is the name of a wind that begins to blow from early spring. There is a folk belief that this wind awakens nature, and plants and animals. Basically Razvigor is one of the first harbinger of spring! This little fellow can be proud on his beautiful name!
