Chapter 2
Days passed and the money did turn up in his account on the site every day at the exact same time. Jack allmost started to believe that this was truly legit, but something was nagging at the back of his head. He knew it was to good to be true, he knew it but he didnt really want to believe it.
Unfortunately the money was locked in to the lending program and there was no pulling them out allowed before the full lending period hade passed.
Besides, what could he do, its not like his circumstances hade changed.
At first he did like the youtuber hade suggested and was reinvesting his returns to increase his profit, but his nerves gave way and he started to pull out the funds to make sure he got back enough to pay the loan he hade taken to be able to participate.
Jack noticed that some of the big sharks on the site was pulling out massive amounts of coins, but they would sit in the exchange for a long time just to get thiere orders filled up.
Thats when Jack started to put one and two together. His heart raced and palms where slippery. The new amount of investors was dwindling and only possible way to pull out was through the internal exchange. If no more new blood was pouring in he would end up with a bunch of useless coins with no way out.
He was furious but at the same time scared.
At this rate there was no chance for him to even regain his initial investment, the site would shut down and he would stand there with no way to get a hold of his money. In desperation he started to investigate how to refer more people to the site to be able to pull out his funds. But he couldnt really do it. Sure, he was desperate, but at the same time, Jack didnt want to be the reason for anyone else to fall for the scheme.
