In this post I present a fusion bringing 2 passions together, collecting silver and light painting.
I have this beautiful 5oz silver coin and the maple leaf got some shiny faces and I thought maybe I can get some interesting effects with it and my laser.
I put my Samsung S22 ultra on a tripod and set it to a slower shutter speed and set the iso settings to the lowest option.
Well the result was not quite what I was expecting but I got some nice shots non the less, and some not so great ones
And here is a gif of the coin you can see these shiny faces on the coin I was trying to exploit to no avail but I still enjoyed the experience and got some nice shots
