The creation of this piece turned out to be a very interesting journey. This piece was initially a picture I took with my Canon T5 and a screw on macro lens, The subject was a unique looking fruit (non-edible I think) that I picked off a tree,
There were many to pick from but none quite as unique as this one, They are all long and thin( you can see what they look like a few pictures down).

As I was importing the image into photoshop I thought it would be neat to try and make it look like a bird or an eagle, and so I got some inspiration and went ahead with my transformation

The "normal" fruit started sprouting so I took a macro shot of the inside
I took out a seed, looked very cool, nature designed these bad boys to fly.

I was curious to learn as to why this fruit was the way it is and it made me realize that we are forever ignorant as there is so much to learn and so little time.
