You kinda have proven with your example that TA > FA when it comes to trading. It doesn't matter whether the patterns are true all that matters is that there are people and bots acting on it.

You forget that a large amount of the trades are done by bots nowadays and they are programmed to follow TA patterns as such they more or less make the predictions come through as they trigger buys and

Not just Elliot wave learn also all basic TA indicators. Ichimoku cloud is also a nice one. I usually combine several and if they all point in the same direction I go with it.

I hold NEO, DGB which is severely undervalued, XRP despite people hating it. and the rest are coins from the top 10, top 20 in marketshare. If you just want to play safe you can go buy top 10 marketshare

I wouldn't bother with it to be honest, most will probably not pay out, infect your computer with viruses, run a javascript miner in the browser or only pay out if you upgrade your free to paying plan
