Hello, friend its really sad things that government service is for us but unfortunately most of the time they do not give us that service which we deserve or they said. when government increase taxes and others things rates they said we are doing it for you and we will give you better service but they break promise most of the time and here is a real experience.
I live in Surat, Gujarat, India. I live in the middle of city side and here in my street, one person became sick before 10 days. there is one old age person who is more than 70 years old and became so serious that not able to open eyes and cant walk and need to hospitalize for better treatment. when they took them to a hospital then that hospital staff has refused to admit, its a government hospital and patient is a middle-class family so they took them to a government hospital.
when they reached a hospital and told them to admit the patient because his health is so weak they refused them and told them there is no place left in a hospital and said its full. they are fear and don't get what to do as the other one is so costly one but they try to talk one strong person who has contacts with that hospital and when that person did a direct call to the main person of the hospital then immediately they get a bed for them and treatment start. they got an entry in the same place where before 30 minutes no any single bed left for admit.
What you call to this service, is there no value of human life or they not want to work. one side patient is so serious and they refused to give treatment. here someone life is in troubling and they not helping and instead of it, they tell them to go else. why most of the government place has poor services and why they do not give proper services. its good that they have good contacts otherwise they have to go else place with critical condition of a patient.
This is not only that family problem but most of the family problem as sometimes refuse to admit because of their workload increase or sometimes ask money but they didn't care patient to at least give basic treatment. this is happening because some are an uneducated person working who have not proper knowledge and some who have only want money and don't care for anyone. here all say a doctor is second God because they save the life of people but due to some corrupted system, it goes into more trouble. we are living in that world that there is no value of a person or maybe money is more important than a human.
