Oh yeah, I am aware Asapers was different and I quite liked it while both myself and the asapers group were in the situation where I was able to interact with it quite a bit. I don't dislike these sorts of groups, even ones that aren't as good as Asapers was. I just try not to narrow my focus too much if that makes sense. I just tried to diversify still as I didn't want to get to where it was the only people I upvoted either. It was a lot better than some of the other groups seem and it had good goals and I agree with that. I also found some interesting content and creators from it and it was a net positive for Steem and for my own experience in my opinion. I just didn't want to narrow my own individual focus too much and miss the other interesting content and creators I may have missed (and them miss out on the individual interaction I had with them) if I narrowed my focus too much to focusing only on Asapers.

I can see the small group being the cause of it somewhat coming to an end. I am aware there wasn't many of you actually running it. I also follow one of the people who was involved and while it turned out they didn't, I actually though they completely left the platform for good at one point, but a lot of us have disappeared at times. It's just a pity though when people actually don't come back - someone who I friended early on in my time on Steem disappeared and I don't think they are ever coming back unfortunately. As for time and commitment , I've had to back out of things at times, so I totally get how that happens. I just didn't directly see it happen in the case of Asapers.

It was a good thing while it lasted and you guys did a good job with it. It was a positive thing for the platform and its users.
