As you may be aware, Bluebook loves cryptography. So in keeping with the Cryptography theme, we have created a cypher and encoded a message about Bluebook Investments. Feel free to have a go at solving it (if you think you can), and the first person to provide the correct answer will win whatever the SBD reward of this post is after 7 days of it being posted. In the event of no-one getting it, the puzzle will be posted for a second (and possibly third, fourth etc up to a total of 12) weeks with 50% of the posts SBD previous weekly earnings rolling over and being added to the new post reward as a new prize fund.
To enable you to solve the code, you will need to know the following -
The message has NO CAPITAL letters
The message contains spaces between words
There is NO punctution in the message
The message is in ENGLISH only
The information in the message is something which is already known about Bluebook Investments
So, heres the encoded message -

Once someone has solved the message (or the 12 weeks has expired with no-one getting it), the solution will be explained.
