Greetings to you all on this beautiful day, I hope you are doing great, it is my pleasure to share with you today the making of this beautiful and creative design of a fabric rose flower made from two colors of fabric to decorate my table, it s very easy and simple to make with scrap fabric, you can make this beautiful decoration piece for a friend or to decorate any part of your home as desired.

Some part of our homes needs litttle touch of decoration to make it look different and beautiful, as a seamstress, the best I can do is to use my creativity to make that happen, I decided to make this simple craft to see how it will look like and I'm glad the outcome looks very beautiful as desired.

Join me as I take you through the cutting and sewing process.

I measured and cut out 8 pieces of circles shape from a red fabric measuring 3 inches in diameter

Each circle was folded in two and secured with a pin

I placed each circle in the middle of the other and I used my hand needle and thread to run a long stitch at the tip, the same process was repeated on all the pieces as well and gathered together

Then I cut out a small stick of 7 inches and I used a green bias tape to wrap it up with a glue

With my glue, I wrapped the stick up at the tip with the red pieces that was made to make my rose

To make the green leaves under the rose, I measured and cut out 6 pieces of circles with the diameter of 3 inches

Each circle was folded in two and secured with a pin

I went further to fold each piece in half again and secured with a pin

Then I used my hand needle and thread to run a long stitch on each piece, it was gathered together and tightly secured.

Finally, I used my candle glue to attached the green fabric leaves under the fabric rose flower and this is the final and beautiful outcome.

I placed my fabric rose flower in a small container filled with sand to make it stand, one thing about this fabric flower is that it is very durable, you can decide to make yours bigger by increasing the measurement to your desired size
