Hello everyone, In this content, I will try to tell you about the adventure of the sumac plant. This name may sound unfamiliar to you, but I am sure that it is found in everyone's home. It is especially used in meals and salads. It is usually seen in regions with a Mediterranean climate. This plant grows on trees. By the end of June, the seeds are browned and collected. Then it is rested for a certain period of time. After the resting process, it is poured piece by piece into the carved stone you see in the picture. It is then beaten until it turns into powder with a material made of wood, resembling a sledgehammer. After this process is finished, it becomes ready. As I mentioned in the introductory sentence, it is used in meals. I especially love it in onion salad. I've also heard that it has many remedies. It is said to be especially good for stomachaches and blood pressure patients. Thank you for reading 🙂
Herkese merhaba,
