Vacations?

Some days I wonder, if I should have just got a job, that I can leave and go on vacation. Being in a family business, I feel work can follow you and you really have no vacation. For example, when you get to big, it is hard for my dad and me to go on a vacation at the same time. One of us is always flying in just for the weekend. I am also a guy who gets a little stir crazy on vacation, 4 to 5 days and I am ready to come home. I like to do things, so just sitting around is tough for me to do, and I can only take so much.
