Our Phyllostachys Vivax

Hello everyone,
writing this post today with most of Europe in the dark, I am running the risk of getting very little reach and votes.
I am doing it anyway 😊

a little out of focus, sorry for that.
the tallest shoot is now at 133cm (it was at 63cm when I wrote the previous post).

it is there at my chest level now.

as the shoot extends, the culm sheaths, fall off to the ground.

this is a general view for comparison.
