Early 🌞 summer 🌞 update

On the job front, I am finishing a pallet workshop installing a door and some windows. there is more to it though. finishing up some bits and pieces, insulation and possibly an exterior cover of corrugated iron sheets. than, interior divisions.

the biggest surprise this month was without a doubt the two days of torrential rain we got. a beautiful relief from the dust, the heat and watering routine. all but normal for June.

a friend came over to help me graft red grapefruit, orange and mandarine on this citrus base. these are some of the fruit we still do not have on the farm and can not wait for this extra abundance and vitamin C ❤️

our provincial road gets a good early summer trim as weather heats and dries up to help with the risk of fires.

I have separated 5 new Phyllostachys Vivax bamboo plants and had 3 of them sold before I even shared it. good problems I suppose. I am currently selling more bamboo plants than what I have the chance to produce 🌱

I am currently working on a first prototype of a DIY water structuring device for the watering of our Bamboo nursery.
